PURPOSE: To provide a data server which can allot the images together or in real time by combining plural processors with a fast network switch. CONSTITUTION: Plural processors 3 containing disk devices 4 and plural processors 6 which can transfer the data in real time are connected to a fast network switch 5, AND FURTHER, the nodes 9 connected to the set top boxes 10 for reception of the data from the user side are connected to the processors 6. In such a constitution, the divided video data are taken out of the devices 4 in parallel to each other and sent to the processors 6 which can transfer the data in real time via the switch 5. The processors 6 combine the received data together in order of time and then sends the video data to the boxes 10 in real time via the nodes 9. |
