PURPOSE: To provide an image display device which can easily check the photographing conditions on the spot by displaying the latest image in a prescribed size and also displaying the reduced images of those that are stored in the past. CONSTITUTION: If an anxious point is detected in terms of diagnosis in the latest image that is shown on a CRT 256, an operation part 255 works to input a notice mark. The notice mark is given to the latest image shown on the CRT 256 through the part 255, and this image is stacked at an image stack part 252. Then the stacked latest image is sent to a video memory 253 from the part 252. At the same time, the latest image stored in the part 252 and the images preceding the latest one by one and two places are reduced by an image size converter and sent to the memory 253. As a result, the latest image of a large size and three reduced images are displayed at a time on the CRT 256. |
