A manufacturing method of a flat display device is provided to separate easily a supporting substrate by forming a polymer layer, easily removed by laser beam, on the supporting substrate. A manufacturing method of a flat display device includes the steps of: forming a polymer layer(210) on a supporting substrate(200); forming a light emitting device(220) on the polymer layer(210); hardening polymer after coating the liquid polymer at the upper part of the light emitting device(220), and forming a plastic substrate(230); and irradiating a laser beam on the polymer layer(210), and separating the supporting substrate(200). |
