The present invention refers to a Dye composition in shampoo for human keratin fibres such as hear, beard and mustache, and method for manufacturing the same. The method includes a process for dispersing basic raw materials for the manufacture of a shampoo, such as sodium laurylsulphate and ammonium in a range of from about 10% to about 50%, monopropylene glycol in a range of form about 2% to about 10%, and monoethanolamine of carboxylic acid ether alkyl in a range of from about .5% to about 5.0%, the process being performed at a temperature controlled under a range of from about 60 degree C to about 70 degree C. The present process is useful for obtaining a perfect dispersion of all dying compositions and couplers, which are not water soluble, using distillated water as a vehicle. The dye composition in shampoo comprises suitable amounts of oxidation dye and oxidation base precursors, and modified compounds or dying elements or couplers if required, which composition basically comprises three raw materials: sodium sulphate lauryl ether in a range of from about 10% to about 50%, and monoethanolamine of carboxylic acid ether alkyl (AMIDET 16) in a range of from about .5% to about 5.0%, monopropylene glycol in a range of form about 2% to about 10%, which upon the mixture thereof with different basic raw materials of the dye and the shampoo complements have a viscosity range of from about 700 centipoises to about 1200 centipoises, a stability in an hydrogen potential range of from about 10 to about 12, for achieving a perfect dispersion of the three basic raw materials, and the color base and couplers the temperature has to be controlled in a range of from about 60 degree C to about 70 degree C. The manufacturing method comprises two phases, which allows a uniform viscosity to be obtained after the dispersing dye and the activator are mixed together so that the composition may be directly applied onto the hair and keratin fibres, the composition also being mixed together in a container so that it can be applied later on to the hair, thus obtaining excellent results regarding adherence and color over the keratin fibres. Said two phases, the color phase and the activator phase, are manufactured in 54 tones, in stainless steel equipments, using the controlled temperature process and distillated or demineralized water as a vehicle.
