FIELD: manufacture of building material, heat-insulating and structurally heat-insulating products. SUBSTANCE: method involves calcination of filler up its swelling, additional heating up to melting of filler surface, placing it into mold, holding in closed volume under load of 0.2-0.5 MPa for 30-120 s, stripping forms and rapid cooling of product down to 500-700 C with subsequent cooling at the rate of 60-120 deg/min to normal temperature. Product compression strength is 1.2-7.0 MPa, and average density of products is 150-600 kg/cu.m. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
