SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying flour and/or grit and/or other bulk components by pneumatic conveyor into main and/or reserve accumulating containers with covers; simultaneously providing aspiration of air supplied by pneumatic conveyor by directing it through filtering surface; preparing water and raw material for kneading; supplying prepared water to accumulating reservoir; dough kneading and vacuumizing in auger-type press chambers provided with air-cooled electric tractive engines; forming semi-finished product by directing dough through die; drying in drying chamber provided with climatic zones, condensate accumulator, condensate discharge device and humid air discharge system for forced removal of humid air from drying chamber; stabilizing dried macaroni products, sorting and packaging. In the process of aspiration, some containers are connected with aspiration unit and/or one with the other for selective changeover through at least one airduct. It allows filtering surface effective area of respective container to be equal to 0.2 of its section. Filtering surface has differentiated capacity depending on dispersity of component supplied by pneumatic conveyor for separating component particles of at least 10 mm size from air. Water accumulating reservoir for supplying prepared water is communicated with system for discharging condensate from drying chamber to provide complete discharge of prepared water through pipeline with valve. Air having temperature of 30-90 C and relative humidity of 62-82% is forced from drying chamber through airduct away from premises or into atmosphere.
