发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF WHITE SUGAR FROM SUGAR BEET
摘要 FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking of beet from storage site by catching vessel installed for its movement and turning over. Beet is transported by a system of conveyers which provides for its dry delivery for washing. In so doing, beet wastes separated from beet in the process of its conveyance and washing are ground to particles sizing 0.8-2.5 mm, pressed to produce juice of beet wastes, and squeezed mass with content of dry matter not in exceed of 20%. Then, juice of beet wastes is mixed with beet pulp in the amount of not in excess of 10% of total mass of mixture. Mixture is heated to temperature of 72-75 C and directed to, at least, one gravitational pack settler, where mixture is settled to produce decantate in which content of substance of colloid dispersity does not exceed 20 g per 100 g of its dry substances. Then, introduced into prepared water is obtained decantate in the amount of not more than 50% of the total mass of prepared water to conduct diffusion process. Preliminary defecation of diffusion juice is conducted by its progressive alkalization with nonfiltered juice of the first saturation and lime milk. Produced predefecated juice is held, at least, 10 min in predefecator-maturing tank. Additional crystallization of cooling is accomplished in two cylindrical vertical crystallizers intercommunicated with each other and through the arrangement by a system of pipelines ensuring under the action of hydrostatic pressure the supply of massecuite to crystallizer, its gravitation flowing from one crystallizer to the other and supply of massecuite for centrifuging. Pipeline supplying massecuite to the first in direction of its flow crystallizer and pipeline, ensuring its supply for centrifuging is installed at an angle of, at least, 11 deg relative to horizon, and pipeline connected one crystallizer to the other one is installed horizontally. In this case, diameter of any pipeline of the system amounts to at least 0.2 of the crystallizer diameter. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 87 cl
