FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in laboratories of metallurgical plants, in jewelry enterprises where boiling of chemically active solutions is conducted. Electric heater to boil chemically active solutions is fitted with pressing mechanism, supporting table is manufactured in the form of plate made from carbon-graphite composite material and coupled to body with the aid of separable joint. Mica-stratum heater kinematically coupled to pressing mechanism for pressing against plate is used as a heater. In this case thickness of table is found from relation 0,3 10S≅t≥10S, where s is area of table. Electric heater designed to boil chemically active solutions provides for increase of corrosive resistance of heater on the whole thanks to manufacture of supporting table in the form of plate of carbon-graphite composite material with grooves over perimeter for fast connection with stainless steel angle pieces anchored on body of same material and thanks to presence of sealing between plate and body preventing penetration of chemically active vapors into heater in process of boiling. Heat insulation material embracing pressing mechanism and mica-stratum heater and companion desk with chemically resistant connection to heater are used for these purposes. EFFECT: increased corrosive resistance of electric heater. |
