摘要 FIELD: devices for automatic counting of objects which are transported with arbitrary speed through conveyor. SUBSTANCE: device has N detectors and logical unit which has receiver, indication unit, unit which detects reverse motion and counts. First outputs of latter unit are connected to first inputs of indication unit. Sync pulse generation unit, transmitter, N units which detect temporal characteristics of signal, N channel redundancy units, first address selectors for each of N detectors, unit for recognition of fault situations are introduced into logical unit to accomplish goal of invention. Input of transmitter is connected to first output of sync pulse generation unit. First inputs of each of N detectors are connected to first outputs of sync pulse generation unit. Output of unit for recognition of fault situations is connected to input of indication unit. First input of unit for recognition of fault situations is connected to second inputs of first selectors of detector address and to output of receiver; second inputs of this unit are connected to second outputs of unit which detects reverse motion and counts, third inputs of this unit are connected to first outputs of channel redundancy units, fourth input of this unit is connected to second output of sync pulse generation unit; fifth input of this unit is connected to first output of transmitter. Second outputs of channel redundancy units are connected to third inputs of indication unit; first inputs of these units are connected to third output of unit which detects temporal characteristics of signal. Outputs of latter unit are connected to outputs of first selector of detector address. Detector has unit for selection of clock pulses, unit for detection of loop clock pulses, second address selector, pulse generator, two emitters, two photodetectors, response generation unit, and power supply which first outputs are connected to units of detector and which second output is connected to first input of response generation unit, to input of unit for detection of loop clock pulses, first input of pulse generator, and to first input of second address selector. Second input of address selector is connected to output of unit for detection of loop clock pulses, and to second input of response generation unit. Third and fourth inputs of response generation unit are connected to outputs of two photodetectors; fifth input of this unit is connected to output of second selector of detector address and second input of pulse generator, which outputs are connected to inputs of emitters. Response generation unit is connected to receiver of logical unit through third communication line. Second outputs of transmitter of logical unit are connected to inputs of power supply units of each of N detectors through first and second communication lines. Detectors are connected to logical unit in parallel. EFFECT: increased precision, detection of fault situations, increased reliability.
