Second output of power divider is connected to heterodyne input of first mixer of receiver of measurement channel. Its output is connected to second input of phase meter, output of Doppler frequency synthesizer is connected through change-over switch to controlling input of circuit of controlled attenuation which signal input is linked to passive divider and which output is connected through path of calibration signal to device coupling receiving antenna feeder device and path of calibration channel.
