FIELD: metal pressure forming, namely constructions of rotary forging machine. SUBSTANCE: rotary forging machine has frame 1, forging body 2 supporting spindle 5 with rollers 9, strikers 6 with slides 7, mechanism for adjusting working space of each striker including wedge 48 and supporting sleeve 16 moving normally relative to direction of working blank 39, feeding body 36 with wedge-type clamping unit 37, cylinder 38 with clamping cylinder 40 for motion. Mechanism for adjusting working space is provided by former 42 joined with rod of drive step cylinder 43 and engaging by its own profile with roller of tracing spool 46 and contacting by its dent with wedge 47 joined by tie rod 49 with brace 21 whose one end is connected with frame 1, whose other end is connected with driven nut 23 and whose mean portion is connected with bushing 19 having thrust bearing 18 and supporting sleeve 16. Wedge 47 rests on supporting wedge 48 joined with rod of cylinder 50 and having two limit positions (initial and working). Order for moving rod of step cylinder 43 with former 42 is formed by control system, for example by limit switches 41, 45 switched on by petal 44 secured to feeding carriage 36 and to former. Wedges 8 for adjusting working space are provided with rollers 13 arranged on end surfaces of these wedges and engaging with strips 14 mounted on supporting sleeve 16.
