The circuit shortens the temperature rising time by adding relays and circuit breakers, and connecting a seat cushion heater and a back support heater of the heating mat in parallel. The circuit comprises a relay part(1) including relays(K2,K3) for supplying a battery power(B+) for mat heaters(H1,H2); the cushion heater(H1) including a heating wire(TS2) and a 3rd circuit breaker(BR3) breaking the circuit over a set critical temperature; the back support heater(H2) including circuit breakers(BR1,BR2) supplying the current for a heating wire(TS1) until a set critical temperature.
