FIELD: rolled stock production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes uncoiler 1 having left and right rotary heads 2,3 mounted with possibility of axial motion, right and left hydraulic cylinders 5,6 for centering coil 7 respectively connected with heads 2,3 and controlled by distributor 8, mechanism for controlling position of strip edge having tracing members in the form of limiting pins 9 mounted with possibility of symmetrical mutual displacement for example on screw 10 with left and right threads; mechanism for controlling symmetry of heads feed in the form of two racks 11, 12 mutually joined by gear wheel 13 having flag 14 on its axle; movable platform 15 with two limit switches 16, 17, stopper 18 of movable platform 15 and double-arm lever 20 connecting movable platform 15 with screw 10. Flag 14 is mounted with possibility of alternative interaction with limit switches 16, 17. Supply hydraulic line of rod cavity of each hydraulic cylinder 5,6 is provided by distributor 25, 26 respectively. Solenoid 27, 28 of each distributor is connected with limit switch 16, 17 respectively. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg |
