FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has belt conveyor, mechanism for feeding marmalade paste to conveyor belt, forming conveyor with grooves, longitudinal cutting mechanism and mechanism for laying crust strips into grooves, pouring head for supplying jelly paste into grooves, intermediate conveyor with device for spilling granulated sugar onto conveyor belt, aging conveyor with mechanism for transverse cutting of strips into portions and cooling devices. Marmalade paste feeding mechanism has pouring funnel pivotally suspended above driven drum of belt conveyor and pouring head positioned above funnel, which is formed as U-shaped frame. Funnel adjoins with lower edges of its walls to belt and upper conveyor run joining portion adjacent to spherical part and part of straight portion of upper run. Funnel is provided with heat- insulating means and upper and lower paste level sensors connected with control unit, whose output is connected with adjusting valve of pouring head. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of product. |
