FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing germination of grains of ecologically clean wheat or rye and drying by specific processes at predetermined temperature, humidity and germination time; grinding dried grains to obtain fraction size of 1.5-2 mm. Prior to usage, a portion of obtained product is moistened in triple amount of warm milk or boiled water having temperature not exceeding 35 C in glass or enameled utensil. Product is hold for 20-30 min for swelling and is ready for eating. EFFECT: increased efficiency by facilitating normalization of nervous state of human being, regulation of vitally important processes in organism, improved food and medicinal properties. |
