FIELD: manufacture of building materials, particularly, compounds of clinker-free binding agents based on high-calcium brown coal ash; may be used in manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products which solidify under normal conditions and also by steaming. SUBSTANCE: binding agent includes high-calcium fly ash, gypsum, calcium chloride and lime component. Novelty consists in inclusion of lime component in the form of lime aleurolite with the following amounts of components, mas.%: gypsum, 2.5-2.5; calcium chloride, 0.5-1.5; lime aleurolite, 25-33; high-calcium fly ash, the balance. In this case, high-calcium fly ash has free calcium oxide in the amount of 16-32 mas.%. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
