FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary microbiology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine has highly immunogenic strain 'K-8-K ВИЭВ at titer 10ЭЛДtaken at effective amount. Vaccine can contain light mineral oil and anhydrous lanolin at ratio (87:13)-(90:10), or aerosil and saponine as adjuvant. Formalin is used as an inactivating agent. Used strain is adopted to cultivation on transplanted cellular line of saiga kidney. Strain is able to accumulate at higher titers than in chicken embryo. Prepared antigen does not contain inert proteins and does not require additional purification and concentration. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vaccine. |
