FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis 1 has metal casing 2 provided with bead 5. Insert 9 is mounted in casing 2 where head 10 provided with bushing 11 is placed. Sleeve 13 filled with biologically inert medium 14 is connected with external surface of the bushing 11 and insert 9. The endoprosthesis is attached to the pelvic bones and then it is connected with hip joint endoprosthesis leg neck and the operation wound is sutured. EFFECT: enhanced strength of the endoprosthesis; enabled use as a component of scapular part of the humeral prosthesis. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
