FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding flour and/or grit, and/or other bulk components into main and/or reserve accumulating containers with covers by pneumatic conveyor; simultaneously effectuating aspiration of air supplied by pneumatic conveyor through filtering surface; kneading and vacuumizing dough; forming semi- finished product in auger-type press chambers by directing dough through die; drying in drying chamber having climatic zones; stabilizing dried macaroni product; sorting and packaging. In the process of aspiration, some containers are connected with aspiration unit and/or one with the other for selective change over, with at least one additional airduct making filtering surface area of respective container to be at least 0.2 of filtering surface section area. Filtering surface has differentiated capacity depending on dispersity of component supplied by conveyor allowing component particles of 10 mm size to be readily separated from air. Water reservoir for supplying prepared water is communicated with pipeline system for discharging condensate from drying chamber to provide complete discharge of prepared water through pipeline having valve. Air with temperature of 30-95 C and relative humidity of 62-82% is forced from drying chamber through airduct and delivered into atmosphere. Auger-type press chambers are provided with air-cooled electric traction engines. EFFECT: increased capacity, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 71 cl |
