The device enables a rider to accelerate a bicycle without huge efforts. It consists of a plurality of weights(10a-10h) which are allowed to move with the spokes(11) of the 1st group arranged radially to the rim(60) from the shaft boss(70), the springs(30a-30h) which are allowed to move with the spokes(13) of the 2nd group interposed radially between the spokes(11) of the 1st group I and the rods(20a-20h) connecting the weights(10a-10h). As the bicycle speed increases, the weights are enforced to move outward by centrifugal force, which results in stronger driving force to the bicycle.
