FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes dense, ultrasoft, frozen soap beam at neutral pH value that contains: 10-50% monocarboxylic acid (where 20-65% acid indicated above is neutralized), 15-65% anionic and/or nonionic thickening addition, and 15-40% of beam weight where indicated neutral pH is 6.3-8.0. Beam is prepared by the following stages: 1) mixing melted mixture at 170-205 F (76-96 C) containing above indicated monocarboxylic acid, water and thickening addition, neutralization 20-65% above indicated carboxylic acid with hydroxide containing cation taken from the group involving sodium, magnesium, calcium, aluminium and their mixture; 2) cooling above indicated mixture to semisolid state in heat-exchanger with cleansed walls at 110-195 F (43-91 C); 3) extruding above indicated semisolid product as soft stopper and further cooling and crystallization of above indicated soft stopper and formation of separate, cleansing, frozen beam at neutral pH. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. |
