FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindric bushing which lateral surface has holes and thread. One end of the bushing is bevelled, the other end face has a through groove along the greater axis of the oval. The implant is made from ceramic material. The method for manufacturing the implant involves manufacturing a slip from ceramic material, its casting into a form, manufacturing cylindric bushing, preparative roasting, mechanical treatment of the lateral surface and end faces of the bushing and final roasting by applying heat treatment at the temperature of caked corundum structure formation. the second version of method realization involves manufacturing cylindric bushing and forming the lateral surface and end faces at the moment of casting process and then performing implant roasting in heating it up to the temperature of caked corundum structure formation.
