SUBSTANCE: device has decoding unit, two comparators, matching and inverting amplifiers, digital-to-analog converters, start mode register, start level register, data bus, address bus, and group of scaling amplifiers, unit for detection of positive extreme value and unit for detection of negative extreme value. EFFECT: increased efficiency of control of device which monitors environment which state depends on loosely coupled characteristics. |
