FIELD: radio engineering; frequency changing in radio receivers, measuring systems, and frequency synthesizers. SUBSTANCE: novelty in method is that nonlinear component supplied with input signal and generator signal and yielding output signal simultaneously s used in the course of formation of generator ultimate cycle wherein it determines stationary amplitude and ultimate cycle strength through generator amplitudes balance. Intermediate components for feeding generator power to nonlinear component are dispersed with and noise temperature of generator active linear component that maintains phase balance process of generator at oscillating frequency with aid of oscillation circuit over series and/or parallel positive feedback is lower than physical temperature at which frequency is changed. EFFECT: improved dynamic range of input signals, reduced generator power and input noise temperature at desired output signal distortion and physical temperature, improved power gain stability at drifts in parameters of components and physical temperature fluctuations. |
