Slide block 6 has adjustment screw 7 with measuring dial and guiding tube 8 movably mounted on slide block 6 and bone clamp-like member. New members are introduced into design: additional rigid strips 3 receiving rigidly fixed ends of rods 4 having unidirectional thread. Elastic plate 1 and strips have countersunk holes at the places rods 4 come through them and are fixed on rods 4 with spheric nuts 5.
