FIELD: sports equipment, in particular, training of body muscles, spine, torso. SUBSTANCE: training apparatus has frame 1 mounted on base 2 and pendulum 9 fixed on frame 1. Frame 1 is provided with poles. Apparatus is further provided with mechanism for varying energy value and increasing frequency of sportsman-training apparatus oscillation system effect. Above mentioned mechanism has two pairs of flexible loading mechanisms 16 positioned in spaced relation one above the other. Loading mechanisms 16 are mounted on frame poles in symmetry with respect to pendulum axis for displacement along respective poles and fixation in predetermined position in vertical plane. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider capabilities by allowing sportsmen of any qualification to improve their speed and force preparedness under conditions of increasing forces and reducing time periods, with kinetic energy of oscillation system being maintained. 4 cl, 5 dwg |
