The surgical implant is fitted by screws (1), which are screwed into the pedicles of the vertebrae. The screws are formed with a main body (11) and a head (12), which carries a threaded stem (13). The base (2) is in the form of a plate (21), which is provided with an opening (22), to locate the threaded stems. The plate has locations (24,26) to receive the longitudinal and/or transverse links (3,6), in such a way that they can slide. A bolt (5) is shaped as a plate corresponding to the shape of the base and mounted on the threaded stem of the head of the screw, above the base to lock the links, with the aid of nuts (8).
