Method for establishing code on time card for employee attendance in company

The method involves selecting the present day among numerical figures representing dates printed in a column on a time card which is equivalent to an ID code number of a card user. Then a code read mark is applied in the day indication column thus forming the ID code of the card user on the time card. The method may also involves using an empty column or a particular day indication column preliminarily formed in a date column on the time card as a column in which an identification mark is to be printed. A job classification code of a card user is established depending on whether or not an identification mark is printed in the corresponding column.
