The container (1) is made of non-heat conducting material, and an electrically conducting plate is arranged in the container. The plate is designed as a perforated or a slotted plate, pref. which is loosely insertable in the container. The induction system (4,5) is arranged directly at the base of the container. The electrically conducting plate (2) is arranged at a distance above the base of the container, so that between the base of the container and the conducting plate a cold zone (3) is formed.
