MEMBER'S CARD ISSUING TERMINAL AND INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM

A member card issuing terminal (3) wherein a read unit (33) reads the registered data of a credit card inserted into a card insert slot (31), and a transmitter (24) transmits the registered data to a credit judgement system for the credit card. A judgement result as to whether the credit card is usable or not is sent back from the credit judgement system. When a receiver (35) receives the judgement result, a controller (36) controls a card data register (38) when the judgement result is indicative of the usability of the card, in such a manner that a specific member's card number is written on a member's card stored in a card storage box (37) with the resultant card then outputted from a card issuing slot (32).
