SLUDGE DRYING TREATMENT METHOD

The treatment method includes the steps of; (a) supplying dried sludge sold into the first reactor(2) under reduction surroundings; (b) decomposing organic compounds by heating the sludge to 300-550 deg.C under atmospheric pressure; (c) supplying the char generated from the thermal composition of the organic compounds into the second reactor(3) under reduction surroundings; (d) changing the char to steam gas by heating the char to 750-1000 deg.C under atmospheric pressure with steam injected.
