The apparatus is for continuously manufacturing stainless steel scrubber by twisting thin steel tape using a coilization device(11). The apparatus includes : a driving motor(3) mounted on a position of the main body(1) in a cover(2); four bobbins(4) installed on bobbin holders in the rear part of the main body(1) and wound with thin stainless steel tape(P), which is to be released automatically, to produce four scrubbers at once.
