The apparatus is for wrapping a balustrade having several horizontal bars and a plurality of vertical bars by which the horizontal bars connected to one another. The apparatus includes a vinyl feeder for continuously feeding vinyl sheet in order to wrap up the balcony balustrade, a device for fusing the portion between adjacent balcony balustrades, and a cutting device for cutting a part of the fused portion.
