An arrangement for facilitating opening of a container in the form of a can, bottle or the like for pharmaceutics or like preparations. The arrangement may comprise a screw cap for the container (1) or may be adapted to coact with such a screw cap. The arrangement includes at least two diametrically opposed wing-shaped parts (3, 4) which extend out generally radially from a helmet-like part (2). The helmet-like part either forms the screw cap itself or is constructed to enable it to be fitted over a screw cap and to engage the outer surface thereof, so as to enable the screw cap to be unscrewed by turning the helmet-like part (2) fitted thereon.
