The present invention relates to a slot outlet with an aperture (7) bounded by channel walls (4, 5) in which two opposite guide sections (13, 14) of different design are inserted into the aperture (7), each having a surface shape to guide an airstream, where the guide sections (13, 14) and possibly the air baffle (23) are joined to form a guide section insert (25) via at least one wall (26) in accordance with P 44 29 144. Here, at least one guide section insert (25) is inserted in a housing (1) of circular cross-section.
