<p>In the device disclosed, a foodstuff is placed in a carrier (48) which can be rotated eccentrically around and over the face of a blade (23) providing a circular cutting track (33, 35) by means of a plunger (47) which is slidable within the carrier (41) and can be gripped by a user to rotate the carrier (41) while exerting pressure on a foodstuff contained in the carrier (41) thereby to work the foodstuff against the cutting tract (33, 35).</p> |
