Hydraulic lowering brake valve with control piston

The control piston (3,10) is energisable hydraulically via a control pressure generator. The through flow cross-section, preset by the control pressure, is adjustable in dependence on the load pressure, which acts upon an auxiliary piston (53) which engages the control piston in the closing sense. Pref. the auxiliary piston is guided in a closure holt (5) of the valve housing, with the bolt fitted with a control connecting union coupled to the load pressure side (21) of the lowering brake valve. The control piston may have a retainer (61) for the auxiliary piston on the front side facing a control spring (9).
