The treatment method includes the steps of; (a) flocculating the reactant after the reaction of leaching water and ferrous chemicals, selected from FeCl3, FeCl2 and FeSO4, above 100 ppm for 20-60 min. with polymer flocculant; (b) precipitating and removing the flocculated floating matter; (c) filtering fine floating matter; (d) treating the filtered leaching water with chloric oxidant more than 700ppm; (e) adjusting pH to 5.8-8.6.
