The germiculture material for purifying wastewater is prepared by : mixing a rice bran, a germiculture material on the market, and a precipitate at the ratio of 4:2:4 respectively; adding wastewater at 70% of total weight, piling it up and covering with lagging materials; turning over the pile at 50deg.C and turning over twice at every 50deg.C to obtain a prepared germiculture; re-mixing a ricebran, the above prepared germiculture and a precipitate at the ratio of 3:2:5 respectively; and adding wastewater at 70% of total weight, piling it up and turning it over at every 50deg.C to obtain the final product.
