The straightening machine for rolled beams, in partic. hyper-beams, incorporates axially adjustable straightening disks which are mounted on a shaft (1) and contact beam flanges from inside, and are used for straightening at least one of the two beam flanges. The machine is characterised by the fact that a carrier ring (20) with several hydraulic cylinders (23) uniformly distributed over its circumference is located between the straightening disks (2,3), with the piston rods (24) attached to one (3) of the disks. The hydraulic cylinders (23) are screwed into the carrier ring (20). These cylinders are connected to one another by means of a ring channel for the pressure medium. They are provided with connections for the pressure medium for setting, retraction and locking of the piston. Alternatively, retraction of the piston takes place by means of a spring. The carrier ring has an axial bore with a displacement sensor. |
