<p>A golf ball marker is made of plastic and there is a chamferred curved end (1) which fits the spherical symmetry of a golf ball when it is lying on the surface of a grass putting green. At the back end of the marker there is a nib (2) which enables the marker to be lifted with a fingernail. Two integrally moulded prongs (3) on the underside of the marker are pushed into the ground so that the marker does not move when the marked ball is lifted. The nib 2 is thinner than the body of the marker.</p> |
