FIELD: magnetic measurements. ^ SUBSTANCE: magneto-resistive layered system contains magneto-resistive multi-layered structure, operation of which is based on gigantic magneto-resistive effect or on anisotropic magneto-resistive effect. Near the magneto-resistive structure, a layered structure is provided, which creates a magnetic field which influences the magneto-resistive multi-layered structure. Layered structure has at least one layer of magnetically hard material and one layer of magnetically soft material. Magneto-resistive layered system is used in layered sensitive element, primarily for determining strength and/or direction of magnetic fields. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of magnetic dissipation field with simultaneous increase of coercive force, capacity for simple and efficient production, low thickness, amplification of gigantic magneto-resistive or anisotropic magneto-resistive effects, increased sensitivity. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
