PURPOSE: To transfer an incoming call to a portable telephone set without especially executing an operation by detecting that the portable telephone set is placed and transferring the incoming call of the portable telephone set to a subscriber telephone line from a connection terminal through the subscriber telephone line. CONSTITUTION: When the portable telephone set 11 is placed on a telephone set placing stand 1, the contact points 13 and 14 of the portable telephone set 11 and the contact points 6 and 7 of the telephone set placing stand 1, which are mutually shorted, are brought into contact with each other, and the contact points 6 and 7 are conducted. A detection circuit 22 detects that the portable telephone set 11 is placed on the telephone set placing stand 1. When the detection circuit 22 detects the placing of the portable telephone set 11 on the telephone set placing stand 1 by the conduction of the contact points 6 and 7, the telephone number of the portable telephone set 11 and an identification number being a password for accessing to a telephone network for transfer setting are read from a portable telephone number/identification number storage part 21. A control part 2 starts an origination circuit 3 and transfers/sets the incoming call. |
