PURPOSE: To enhance flexibility for an application by arraying a plurality of insulated wires in parallel, and bonding one side of each wire with an insulation tape for forming a tape wire, with both ends of the wires kept exposed from both sides. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of insulated wires 23 formed out of a straight angle conductor, an insulation layer and a fusion layer to prescribed length are arranged in parallel at a constant gap, and an insulation tape 25 of width smaller than the length of each wire 23 is thermally bonded thereto. A continuous tape wire body 26 is thereby formed. In this case, the tape 25 with breadth smaller than the length of the wire 23 is bonded only to the upper side thereof and, therefore, the cutting of the tape 25 is not required to expose either end of the wire 23. Thus, a tape wire of small breadth can be provided. Because of bonding at only one side flexibility for an application is enhanced. In addition, as the straight angle conductor is used, thinner design can be applied, compared with the case of a round conductor, and a contact area with the tape 25 can be made larger than the case of the round conductor. An adhesive property is improved thereby. |
