<p>PURPOSE: To provide a simplified diagnostic device in a vehicular system capable of having a plurality of electronic units (nodes) mutually connected together by a single or multipule bus lines make such simple diagnosis as a break down and a destination (a specification) even if an equipment for making diagnoses does not exist. CONSTITUTION: A control means 11-1 for a node provided inside a vehicle controls signal input from switches, sensors, etc., and a diagnostic means 11-2 forms diagnostic data by checking the items to be diagnosed at the time of diagnosis. A diagnose starting control means 11-3 forms diagnostic data by operating a specific operating means 13x of the vehicle when a diagnosis terminal 9a is connected to the earth and the vehicle speed is 0km/h. An output means 11-4 codes the diagnostic data and outputs it through an information means 7a existing on the vehicle. A specific node 1 of a plurality of nodes connected by a bus line B consists of the means 11-3 and the means 11-4.</p> |
