摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To identify mobile objects, for which the information on charging is completely and uncompletely communication, by receiving a pilot signal for charging certificate with vehicle equipment (IU), transmitting a pilot signal response signal and transmitting an existence signal corresponding to the pilot signal after the lapse of prescribed time. CONSTITUTION: When the pilot signal for charging certificate from an antenna 14 for charging of a first guntry 10 in a charging zone is received by IU 18 on the mobile object, the pilot signal response signal is outputted from the IU 18 through the IU 18 and charging processing is performed through a smart card, for example. The mobile object does not respond to the following pilot signal and when the existence signal is transmitted through the IU 18 after the lapse of prescribed time, this is received by an antenna 22 for charging confirmation of a second guntry 12 provided with a number photographing camera 24. Thus, the mobile objects, for which the information on charging is completely and uncompletely communicated, can be automatically identified among a lot of mobile objects.</p>
