PURPOSE: To press a plastic film with a fixed force necessary for welding through a welding base and a pressure member only by the operation of a pressure lever with a little force, and provide welding of the plastic film easily, completely and with a little labor by any one without a necessity of a special training. CONSTITUTION: A cam 4 is fitted onto a pressure member 3 constituted so as to open and close for a welding base 2, and a pressure lever 5 constituted independently so as to freely rotate in the orthogonal direction to the rotational direction of the pressure member 3 is operated to work upon the cam 4. The pressure member 3 is preessed against the welding base 2 with a relatively strong force necessary for welding to clamp a plastic film 6 for thermal welding. |
