A base station discrimination information acquiring means 31 acquires base station discrimination information from the radio wave radiated from a base station B, and an address information read means 32 takes this acquired base station discrimination information as the key item to retrieve and read out address information from zone information stored in the zone information storage means 40, and an aural signal conversion and output means 33 converts read-out address information into an aural signal to output it. Thus, the address is detected with a high precision even in the place where terrestrial magnetism is disturbed like a tunnel.
