PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of synthetic resin by preventing the application of a large moment load to the resin even in the structure in which the part of the resin enclosing a sensor protrudes from the opening of a cover. CONSTITUTION: The inner halves of a plurality of protruding stripes 33 formed on the outer periphery of synthetic resin 21a are engaged within the cylindrical part 19a of a cover 18a with a clamping margin. The outer halves of the stripes 33 are engaged within the cylindrical part 31 formed at an outer race corresponding member 8 with a clamping margin. Thus, the resin 21a is engaged to be held over the entire axial direction to prevent the radial displacement of the part of the resin 21a in the longitudinal direction even at the time of transmitting vibration.
