PURPOSE: To enhance the operability of a system in which the photographing actions of an electronic preview camera and a silver-salt camera can be synchronized. CONSTITUTION: In the RAM 16 of the preview camera 10, photographing information such as zoom quantity used for the silver-salt camera 30 is previously stored for every pattern by a controller 40. In the case of photographing by using the camera 30, the photographing pattern (the size of a photograph and the like) is inputted from the controller 40 and the photographing information corresponding to the pattern is read out from the RAM 16. Besides, the camera 10 is controlled so as to obtain a photographing condition corresponding to the photographing information. When the shutter release button 34 of the camera 30 is depressed, an object image is photographed. Besides, an object is photographed even by the camera 10 and a video signal showing the object image is given to a display device 21. Only by designating the photographing pattern, the photograph taken then can be confirmed at once and a photographer can concentrate on the photographing by using the camera 30. |
